The EmpowerHER Program takes the healing principles of our LOVE is ME support groups and adapts them into a personalized, one-on-one coaching model.
Survivors receive trauma-informed sessions tailored to their unique needs and goals, creating a safe, supportive space to rebuild self-worth, develop coping skills, and strengthen independence.
