Legacy of Change Inc. is committed to breaking the silence and stigma surrounding sexual and domestic violence. Through holistic, trauma-informed support, education, empathy, and community, we empower survivors to heal, rebuild their lives, and become catalysts for positive change.

PROGRAMS & PROJECTS
Here at Legacy of Change Inc., we have developed a range of programs and projects aimed at providing holistic support to survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Our initiatives include counseling services, empowerment workshops, legal assistance, and community outreach programs.
We believe in offering comprehensive support to address the diverse needs of survivors on their journey towards healing and empowerment.
Our flagship LOVE is ME support sessions create safe, peer-centered spaces for survivors, youth in foster care, disadvantaged youth, and other vulnerable populations. Participants can share their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, overcome past trauma, and connect with others who understand their healing journey. Ages 10-30.
Facilitated by trained master’s-level clinicians and compassionate volunteers, LOVE is ME equips participants with the support and tools needed to heal, build resilience, and reclaim their voices.

Our interactive workshop series equips community members, local nonprofits, churches, businesses, educators, and professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to recognize signs of abuse, respond with compassion, and support survivors effectively.
By challenging harmful myths, breaking the silence, and reducing stigma, we empower organizations and community leaders to take meaningful action and create safer, more informed, and trauma-responsive environments where everyone can thrive.
Through partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community allies, our advocacy efforts extend resources, raise awareness, and strengthen long-term support systems for survivors.
We are building a compassionate “village” that ensures survivors are never alone in their healing journey.
EmpowerHER expands the LOVE is ME framework into personalized, one-on-one coaching for survivors, youth in foster care, and individuals from vulnerable populations ages 10–30. Offered in person or virtually, the program provides individualized support for healing, personal growth, and goal achievement.
Through trauma-informed coaching, participants strengthen their self-worth, develop healthy coping skills, and gain practical tools for independence. EmpowerHER equips every participant to overcome adversity, recognize their potential, and create lasting change.
